The program officially starts on June 1, 2026 and remains in effect throughout the program period.

8. General terms of the JupViec Referral Program
Depending on actual circumstances and at JupViec's discretion, the program terms and conditions may be adjusted while the program is running.
Commission will be credited to your JupViec account once a month, between the 8th and 12th.
Commission can be used to pay for services and consumer products provided by JupViec. Commission cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
The Referee must complete the requirements under the program rules. The Referrer will then receive the commission.
If a participating Customer shows signs of violating the Promotion rules or engaging in fraudulent behavior, JupViec reserves the right to:
- Require the Referrer and Referee to provide verified information before rewards are paid;
- Exclude the Referee from the program, meaning both the Referee & Referrer will lose any remaining gift cards;
- Revoke some or all commissions earned by participants in the Refer a Friend program.
JupViec is solely responsible for all matters related to commissions under this program. In case of any discrepancy between the information displayed on the participant's JupViec app and JupViec's system, the final decision will be based on the information in JupViec's system.
For any questions or issues related to the program, Customers should contact Customer Care via our hotline 1900 6082 within 07 working days from the time the issue arises. After this period, JupViec will no longer accept questions or issues related to incidents arising during the program.
By participating in the program, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and fully agree to the terms and conditions as well as all policies of the "REFER A FRIEND" program. Program details will be publicly announced on the program's information page and updated from time to time.
