How the Program Works

1. Sign Up for an Account

  • Create an account on the JupViec app and you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

2. Earn Points & Move Up Tiers

  • Points are credited right after every use of our cleaning services, Deep Cleaning, JV Mart and other JupViec services.
  • Earning rate increases with your tier
  • Receive bonus points as soon as you move up a tier

Terms and Conditions

1. Earning JV Rewards Points

  • Points are accumulated within the calendar year and expire on June 30 of the following year.
  • Points are non-transferable in any form and will be forfeited if the Customer deletes their account.

2. Membership Tier Review

  • Membership tiers are reviewed on December 31 and June 30 each year, based on the total points accumulated over the most recent 6 months.
  • Membership tiers are non-transferable in any form and will be deactivated if the Customer deletes their account.

4. Using Your Points (JV Points)

  • Redeem for vouchers deducted directly from your Order value on JupViec services
  • Get promo codes from JupViec partner brands
  • Points are only deducted when the service is completed successfully. No invoice is issued and no points are earned on the deducted amount
  • Minimum redemption: 10 JV points (= 2,000 VND); each redemption must be a multiple of 20
  • JV points apply to all JupViec services
  • JV points can be redeemed in the following cases:

  • Accumulated spending is calculated on completed transactions on the JupViec app. Applies to payments by cash, bank card, e-wallet and QR; does not apply to payments by Corporate Card or other pay-later methods.
