DEEP CLEANING PROCESS

Before starting, a JupViec Cleaner will receive your request and do a preliminary check of your home's condition. Since every home differs in dirt level, furniture and size, JupViec will recommend the right cleaning package for the best results at an optimal cost.
For newly built homes, industrial cleaning or large villas, our technical team will conduct an on-site survey to give an accurate quote with no hidden costs.
Survey fee: 30,000 VND (free when you use the service).
Step 2: On-site confirmation
Choose your home type, area and preferred time. After booking, the system will confirm your details to proceed to the next step.
Step 1: Book & confirm the service
Our professional team cleans following a standard process – from top to bottom, from clean areas to dirty areas – making sure every corner and crevice is thoroughly cleaned, while also handling the Customer's specific requests.
Step 3: Deep cleaning
After cleaning, all items are neatly returned to their original places or arranged as you request, including waste collection and disposal.
Step 4: Tidy up & finishing touches
The Customer and Cleaners inspect the overall and detailed results together and confirm them in an acceptance report.
A clean, tidy, like-new space – ready for you to enjoy.
